This two-person game is played with the standard 15 numbered balls and the cue ball. The balls are racked at the foot spot in no particular order. The first person to play picks one pocket at the foot of the table, into which he will sink all his balls. The other player will use only the other pocket at the foot of the table for his balls.
Balls pocketed in undesignated pockets are not counted. The shooter plays until he does not legally pocket a ball; the other player then sinks any object ball, as it is positioned, into his designated pocket until he is unable to pocket a ball. The first player to pocket eight balls is the winner.
